The Pilanesberg Nature Reserve has urged communities surrounding the facility, not to panic.
This as the gate at the Zulu Section of Ledig, was washed away during heavy rains this week.
The Reserve received heavy rains of up to 98mm in the Central and South Western side of the reserve.
Reserve Management sent rangers overnight to ensure no animals stray out of the reserve on that side of the Park.
