Inclement weather continues across the country.
Yesterday, the Eastern Free State had massive wildfires reported by residents via social media platforms.
One fire was on the South of Bethlehem in the Free State.
The Free State Umbrella Fire Protection Association said there were multiple fires yesterday propelled by strong winds.
Johan Breytenbach, Spokesperson of the Association, said in a statement last night, there are no reports of fatalities or serious injuries received.
The fire in the Xhariep was brought under control yesterday afternoon.
As of 8pm last night, the fire South of Bethlehem, was still active, but teams from the local Fire Protection Association and Working on Fire are on site.
