Firefighters continue to battle two fires at Lincoln Meade.
One fire was burning along the landfill site.
Another, was reported earlier on Sunday afternoon, around 14:25 in the Bellevue area, where a bush fire had spread.
That fire was contained nearly three hours later.
Firefighters went on to other nearby fires at Lincoln Meade.
Last week, two people were killed and 427 displaced at the Jika Joe informal settlement, also part of the Msunduzi Municipality.
