About 205 people died in Spain floods and an estimated 4,500 people were rescued while trapped in Castile-La Mancha and in the Valencia community in Spain.
An estimated 15, 000 homes are without electricity, some supermarkets are without food and water supply.
Some major roads closed as a result of floods are the A3, between Chiva and Mislata, the A7 between L’Acudia and Sagunto, the V-30 in Mislata, V-31 and CV-36 between Horno de Alcado and Silla, CV-33 in Torrent, CV-35 in Titaguas and CV-50 in Alzira, Llombai and Turis.
Rail services disrupted by the floods are between Valencia and Madrid.
A train carrying 300 passengers was derailed during the week.
