Eskom technicians restored power to Stanford at around 9pm on Tuesday evening.
The power outage was caused by another fire in Gansbaai.
The fire also led to a temporary closure of the R43 between Gansbaai and Stanford, which is now open.
Authorities say conditions can change quickly, and roads may be closed at any time.
The fire in De Kelders near the Walker Bay Nature Reserve entrance, has burnt an estimated over 2,000 hectares since Sunday.
It threatened nearby lodges and villas, when it jumped over the road onto the Grootbos reserve on Tuesday.
Guests had to be evacuated.
