The City of Tshwane is asking motorists not to use roads in Centurion, closed with barriers.
A section of the road leading to bridge in Centurion, was washed away by this week’s rains.
As a result, End, Rabie Streets and John Vorster Drive intersection, were closed.
The City of Tshwane said the road layer works needs to be constructed, before the road surface can be patched.
It will take 3 weeks to complete, but work has not begun, because road layers are highly saturated.
The Johannesburg Road Agency (JRA) also notified residents of a temporary closure of Oribi Street (between Wilhelmina and Duiker Streets) in Roodepoort.
