The weather service (SAWS) warned against disruptive rain (at Level 1), over the Namakwa District of the Northern Cape and in places over the interior of the Western Cape.
Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected to continue over the Dawid Kruiper and Ubuntu local municipality of the Northern Cape.
A heat wave is also expected to continue over most parts of the Eastern Cape, except in the extreme north.
